What Fragile Existence is
Fragile Existence is an unreleased simulator game in development at Fragile Continuum, currently scheduled for 31 December 2026. It was published by Hooded Horse. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Take command of the last surviving fleet of humankind in Fragile Existence, a sci-fi RTS with fully 3D planet surfaces and vast solar systems to explore. Dispatch expeditions to find resources, build settlements, construct vital parts and supplies, and evolve your technology to meet new threats.
How it plays
It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel® Core™ i5-2400 (quad-core) / AMD® FX-Series™ FX-8100 (quad-core), 8 GB RAM and NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 650 (2 GB) / AMD® Radeon™ HD 7750 (2 GB). An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 10GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
