What EVE Vanguard is
EVE Vanguard is an adventure game developed by Fenris Creations and released in 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unreal Engine 5.
The premise, in the publisher's words
EVE Vanguard is an upcoming sci-fi sandbox FPS where every deployment onto a hostile planet is high stakes. You fight, scavenge, and adapt in brutal warzones - and every choice leaves its mark on a player-driven universe at war.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action, sandbox, science fiction and survival. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO), Multiplayer and Single player.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel i5-8400 / AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, 16 GB RAM and NVIDIA RTX 2060 / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. A 16GB memory requirement is demanding — worth checking before you buy, because 8GB is still common in older and budget machines. Install size is roughly 50GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
EVE Vanguard launched on 30 September 2026, within three weeks of Marvel's Wolverine, Control Resonant, Silent Hill: Townfall and Valheim.
Released around the same time: Marvel's Wolverine, Control Resonant, Silent Hill: Townfall, Valheim.
