What DungeonBox is
DungeonBox is an unreleased indie game, currently scheduled for 31 December 2026. It is available on Linux, Mac and PC (Microsoft Windows). It runs on Unity.
The premise, in the publisher's words
A new Dungeons & Dragons Party Game! Let our Dungeon Master take you and up to 8 players on an adventure, where you control the next move by answering and voting from your phones
How it plays
Its themes are party. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i3-2100 / AMD FX-4100, 4 GB RAM and Intel HD 4000 or NVIDIA GTX 650 / AMD HD 7750 (DX11). At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 4GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
