The premise, in the publisher's words
You are trapped inside an abandoned asylum as the latest experiment of a mad scientist - Dr. Otto Reikmann. He has implanted you with a neurological device that injects chemicals into your brain every time you blink causing hallucinations and slowly driving you into madness. Dr. Reikmann watches your descent through surveillance cameras, constantly taunting you over the PA system. When you attempt to escape, he dispatches his wicked assistant to hunt you down and capture you. Throughout the asylum you find previous victims that have already gone mad and left notes with survival strategies. Follow the notes and you will make it out alive.
