Disc Jam is a video game for the PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch. Developed and published by High Horse Entertainment, it was one of the PlayStation Plus free games for download for the month of March 2017.

It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action and party. It supports multiplayer for up to 4 players online, and includes co-op. Local play supports 4 players. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer, Single player and Split screen. There are 12 achievements to unlock.
