Prepare your defenses during the day and survive until dawn. Defender Bros is a Tower Defense roguelike game where you play as a soldier defending your base. Pick between multiple abilities as you level up to increase you survivability, then after each run buy perks and become even stronger.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
