The premise, in the publisher's words
Decision 3 is the 4th game of the Decision series. Following their success in Decision 2 the survivor pushes on into yet another infested city. The city has been overrun by zombies in the south west and a powerful mutant faction in the north east. And this time you are not alone, hire teammates to help you fight. Decision 3 also introduces Inspectors, a group of NPCs who can be found throughout the city and once guided to shelter unlock more weapons, armor and abilities.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.

Decision 3 launched on 14 November 2014, within three weeks of Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and Tales from the Borderlands.
