On his very first day, Adrian discovers a red door in the home's "forbidden area," behind which lies a dilapidated bathroom that seems completely out of place in the rest of the building. Suddenly, the belongings of residents who were supposed to have left long ago begin to appear, and rumors begin to circulate that "something" is going on in the home. But what is this "something," and what does the staff know?
