The premise, in the publisher's words
D Pistols is a fast-paced one-button game. You are constantly moving up and down. You goal is to shoot all the enemies that are coming from the sides of the screen. When the enemies reach the middle of the screen they will go up or down depending on your current position. Press a button to change your direction and shoot sideways. Hold a button to charge and shoot in all four directions. The game is over when any enemy touches you.
How it plays
It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.

D Pistols launched on 9 August 2023, within three weeks of Baldur's Gate III, Baldur's Gate III, Overwatch and Sea of Stars. It arrived 10 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
