The premise, in the publisher's words
Cumulus is a 2D puzzle Tetromino game with a twist. Drop tetromino blocks to fill in concentric circles. Once filled the ring will disappear, the higher level rings will fall down and you will gain points! Get as many points as you can!

It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
