The premise, in the publisher's words
Cosminers is a game about mining resources beneath the surface of an alien planet, surviving in an inhospitable environment, and expanding your base to survive the nightly monster attacks. You will be able to do it yourself or with the help of a line of automatic defense turrets. When you fall or complete your assigned contract, you’ll be able to face the odds again and face new challenges in this procedurally generated underground – richer with knowledge, experience, skills and technical plans for useful equipment. And if you get bored with solitary gameplay, group up with your friends to co-operate with each other to try to complete tasks.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action and survival. It supports multiplayer for up to 4 players online. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Core i3, 8 GB RAM and ATi 7770, Nvidia GeForce GTX 660. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 20GB.
