The premise, in the publisher's words
City 20, a secret nuclear city quarantined after a radioactive leak and left to starve. As one of the survivors inhabiting City 20 years after the accident, you must survive within this sandbox, using the environment and society to your advantage. You are completely free to choose how to play and what to do, but be aware: the world actively adapts and changes depending on your actions. It is up to you to work with or against the world.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are sandbox and survival. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
