The premise, in the publisher's words
Tear through the Trash Dunes on a stolen rocket, evading misshapen mutants, giant sentient maggots, and pistol poppin' pigeons. Build up your ship piece by piece with whatever you find in the dungeons below. Mutate your DNA to gain abilities and try to survive the frenzied onslaught. You won't.

Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
