What Carbage is
Carbage is an arcade game developed by HelloThereGames and released in 2019. It is available on Nintendo Switch and PC (Microsoft Windows).
The premise, in the publisher's words
The world is rubble. Most people are gone. And the ones still around apparently decided that the best thing to do - is to ride. Ride their silly cars like there's no tomorrow (because there probably isn't).
What it launched against
Carbage launched on 26 June 2019, within three weeks of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Super Mario Maker 2, The Sinking City and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. It arrived 2 years into the Nintendo Switch's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Super Mario Maker 2, The Sinking City, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
