The premise, in the publisher's words
You are sent to a dangerous bunker, where the last hope of humanity is located - a serum against the virus. Your main goal is to do everything possible to extract the serum and bring it to the surface to save the survivors from the terrible fate of the zombies.

It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
