Boyfriend Dungeon launched on 11 August 2021, within three weeks of Psychonauts 2, Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut, Twelve Minutes and The Forgotten City. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 1 year into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Psychonauts 2, Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut, Twelve Minutes, The Forgotten City.
