Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there was a glamourous kingdom called Kameloot where happiness and prosperity reigned supreme. Until one day the king decided he wanted more gold and riches for himself, so he levied heavier and heavier taxes. These austerity measures caused widespread discontent and Kameloot plunged into desperation. To maintain order, the King established the "Grand Gossip Notoriety Prize". The winner, that is the most notorious city in Kameloot, won't pay any taxes for one year.
