The premise, in the publisher's words
Avalan takes you to a sacred island whose peace has been shattered by a sinister monk. Scattered across the land are the 44 pieces of Excalibruh, which you must recover before facing the thief of the holy relics himself. Along the way, you explore vast areas, defeat enemies, collect treasures, and gradually restore the legendary sword. This creates a grand adventure filled with exploration, action, and the rewarding goal of bringing hope back to a ravaged island.
