Angels Fall First is a fighting game developed by Strangely Interactive and released in 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unreal Engine 3.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Angels Fall First is a science fiction first-person multiplayer shooter by British studio Strangely Interactive. It combines gameplay elements of traditional squad-based shooters with space combat games, with a particular focus on the ability to pilot and crew capital ships, which also serve as infantry combat settings themselves. Originally a mod of Epic Games' first-person shooter Unreal Tournament 3 and referred to as Angels Fall First: Planetstorm, the project was later moved to the Unreal Development Kit to be developed as a stand-alone game. It released on Steam on 11 July 2026.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action and science fiction. It supports multiplayer for up to 64 players online. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player. There are 103 achievements to unlock.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Dual Core 2ghz, 4 GB RAM and Nvidia 400 series or later. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 10GB.
