What Angel is
Angel is an unreleased adventure game in development at Michael Hunter Games, currently scheduled for 31 December 2027. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Angel is a rhythm-racing adventure in which digital climate change threatens the eCho network with extinction. Players can propel through digital landscapes, crafting new break beats to infuse a stagnating network with the spark of renewal. Angel imbues the flow state of racing with the complexity of breakbeat music, redefining arcade and combo-based gameplay and enhancing it with a soundtrack from MyraTV and many other breakbeat enthusiasts.
How it plays
It is played from a third person perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core2 Duo E8300 or AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 6000+, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3870 or Intel HD Graphics 630. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 3GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
