A sequel and reimagining of the cult run-and-gun classic Alien Hominid, Alien Hominid Invasion turns the tables and puts players in control of the little yellow aliens themselves as they descend on an unsuspecting world. Cast as these diminutive but destructive extraterrestrials, players tear across a side-scrolling overworld, blasting foes, leveling city blocks, and gathering loot as they carve a path of chaos through the human resistance sent to stop them. Different routes across the map lead past hazards and to hidden hideouts stocked with useful gear, letting the aliens grow steadily more powerful.
