What 4:AM is
4:AM is an unreleased adventure game in development at Dark Zone Studios, currently scheduled for 31 December 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Unreal Engine 5.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Hide. Solve. Run. Survive. In a near-future dystopia ruined by the Yellow, Aila must rely on observation and ingenuity to escape a world where light is lethal. Copy objects from the environment, adapt under pressure, and create your own way forward in this dark cinematic stealth adventure
How it plays
It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are stealth. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Quad-core Intel or AMD 2.5 GHz or superior, 8 GB RAM and Any DirectX 12 compatible card. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
